About Camross Community Park
Fr John Lalor Community Complex
Our Park
In April 2012, Camross Community Hall Commitee led by Rev. Fr John Lalor, received planning permission to build a multi-use general building on the Parish lands behind the Poets Cottage.

In 2013 the Parish was given the opportunity to purchase the lands adjacent to the existing parish lands and Fr. Lalor being the visionary that he was, completed the purchase.

In Oct 2021, Camross Community and Parish with the help of generous community donations and through a range of grants have completed the build phase of the new Camross Community Park.

The benefits to the communities of Camross is enormous. It has enhanced and rejuvenated our area and has provided a communal space that we all enjoy and be part of.

Very Rev. Fr John Lalor
